A customer has a number of methods which they can use for the collection of their items. These include

  • Drop Off location – A customer will have the ability to personally pick up their products from our pick up location.
  • Delivery – A customer will be able to have their order delivered to an address of their choosing when completing the purchase online.

Customers be able to pick up their items from the Drop off location mentioned below free of charge.

Delivery Fee for order weight totaling 1 to 5 killograms  is UGX 10,800 /=

5 to 10 Kgs

Delivery Fee For order weight totaling 5 to 10 killograms is UGX 24,000/=

10 to 20kgs.

Delivery Fee For order weight totaling 10 to 20 kgs is UGX 90,000/=

20 kgs to 50 kgs

Delivery Fee for order weight totaling 20 to 50 killograms 

is UGX 54,000 /=

Above 50 Kgs

All upcountry orders above 50kgs are subject to reduced delivery fees. 

Upcountry Locations eligible for delivery include:

Jinja, Mbale, Gulu, Fortportal, Mbarara, Masaka, Arua, Kabale, Soroti, Hoima, Masindi, Ishaka, Lira and Tororo.
